Qualcomm has over 1.6 Billion shares outstanding and trades at over $40 dollars a share.

If we do ANY type of split in the future, this is what I'd like to see for us.

Stock Split History

07/13/04 08/16/04 07/23/04 08/13/04 2 for 1 Stock Split
11/02/99 12/31/99 12/20/99 12/30/99 4 for 1 Stock Split

As David Pohl our former CEO said, R/S's are the Kiss of Death and PTSC is NOT considering doing a R/S at this time. Of course he didn't rule it out for the future because one can never say never, but I was there when he spoke those words and he was NOT FOR doing a R/S, PERIOD.

A R/S is NOT being considered by PTSC at this time. All the discussion someone may read here is from a few investors that believe this is the only way for us to make it to a NASDAQ type exchange. They forget that in March/April of 2006, PTSC was trading at over $2.00 per share. We WILL IMO fly past that price on settlement news, USPTO news, 10Q's, annual reports, M/A announcements, etc.etc. without reducing our float.

As we know, we have 28 World class companies that have already Signed a License for our technology. We have collected over $100 Million Dollars in Less than 2 years on our Technology and the MAIN thing Holding Down our Share Price is the Weight of the on going but SOON TO BE FINISHED litigation.

Of course I am hoping that our Legal team gets us HUGE Settlement dollars so as to send a message to the IBM's and SAMSUNGS of the world. Letting them know that they can run but they can't hide and they WILL sign a license with us to use our Technology.

OR we file a MSJ with Judge Ward and maybe the Judge will award Willful Damages on TOP of what we are asking for. Could Definitely happen. Ward has done it before to other companies that have used delay tactics and BS to win their cases as we are seeing with the Defendants in our case. This too would send a Crystal Clear message to the Microprocessor World.

If there are any folks out there considering buying PTSC, please read the underlined words above. Our Chairman of the Board, David Pohl, said them.

We are on the verge of a tremendous event about to take place in the History of PTSC.

Let's enjoy the moment and see where the market takes us before we try and fix something that isn't broken.
