Until today I have been a bit skeptical of the notion that a settlement was completely done. But I am coming around to that conclusion. Clearly, something happened this past week to cancel the informal quiet period and unmuzzle Jim Turley, not to mention the stay motion with sealed attachments, yet to be answered by TPL or ruled on by JW (no need for a prompt answer or ruling?).

Whether TPL and PTSC are sending a message or not, momentum is building and the next two weeks should be very interesting. GLTAL.
