If I were a foreign entity then I would be buying all of the stock I could "at arm's length".  I'd stall and acquire unless I was assured of a court victory, which hopefully, would be an ultra long shot in our case.  The current volume doesn't indicate that kind of action but I had been watching for sometime as I privately wondered how they might hedge the expected outcome.  If they don't announce a settlement this week then I would think they won't settle until they get to the court house steps.

Arizona isn't bad in the winter time, certainly a land of ancient ambience and awe but winter in the caribbean sea beckons me... however, time spent on the south shores of Lake Superior would be fine by me for most of the rest of the year.  I'll pin those hopes on the tail of PTSC.
