Seriously, I'm envious.  I love the desert (and dessert!).  Someday I'll get back - though I'll suffer from my really bad allergy to sage. 

You wouldn't happen to know the Sharmons (sic)?  The old man was a prominent lawyer in AZ - lived in Sedona; the daughter's nickname was Babbit.  The guy was a nut case!  I knew them from the visits to their summer home in the Sierras.  This was way back in the mid-'70s.  I could tell you a few stories!  LOL  Their place was across the street from my girlfriend's place.
