Turley has been extremely careful to only mention things pertaining to an actual signing. Read his last 2 statements welcoming our 2 new customers. There's not a peep out of him concerning the much bigger news of the 'Stay'. The 'lock down' is still in place in so far as uttering a word of enlightenment on the 'Stay'. He's grown comfortable with welcoming new sign ups just as he was before the 'Stay'.

During the 30 day 'stay' he wasn't saying a word of welcome even though we had a couple new customers. To me, this means he's emerged from the confines of delicate negotiations and is free to resume day to day functions as the 'deal is done'. ( read that last sentence again, it's very important )

Yes, it's only my opinion, but the facts are glaring. Warm up the computer and crack your knuckles to get ready for work. I think 'huge' volume is in the here and now.
