Well, I guess, all the predictions for a settlement announcement today were wrong...maybe tomorrow...lol

But I'm sure we'll see a lot of new licensees until the end of the year (as milestone and others wrote before). Here's the reason:

Mr. Leckrone in his April interview:

"We expect a lot of licensees to come on board this year, because they see the issues. And then there’s a certain crowd that will just wait, and they’ll pay a lot more."

IMO TPL/PTSC offered licences for x% less UNTIL 12/31/07, undependent from the trial date - that's why we see more licensees in the last weeks of the year.
