i didnt say it would happen ... i said that it was the only other possible scenario (if you believe in settlement) that could happen in my opinion ... and it could - and it makes sense for everyone in a lot of ways too ... and if POHL were still in charge I think it would be more likely to happen.
with that said
- it has been mulled over here and some say they like it some say that it could not happen because there is a clause in the MMP contract stating that if PTSC were to sell out then TPL would get 100% of the MMP thus blocking that type of deal.
my opinion is that JT is in charge ... we buy! ... up and to the right we go! but that doesnt mean that it is going to happen ... it is just my opinion - WHAT IS YOURS?
