Re the USPTO Re Exams

For those of you posting that you think these stays are related to the USPTO re exams, what makes you think that.  What exceptions to the typical USPTO Re Exam schedule of 18-24 months do you think these patents have that would allow the re-exam to be concluded in less than 12 months, and even if so, what makes you think that Judge Ward would break with his typical precendent of DENYING stays based on re-exams?  Certainly, our patents are not the only ones in the middle of a litigation process that would make them move to the front of the line for some reason.  Secondly, why would Judge Ward consider stays with a fixed time frame on them if they were related to a USPTO re exam that is NOT on his courts time schedule.  I'm willing to listen to the argument, but no one has provided ANY evidence that these re exams have ANY likelihoold of being concluded in less than 12 months.  Please feel free to break that information vacuum.
