Also, in response to my original post on the subject, what makes you think that the PTSC patents fall into some category that puts them on a quicker time frame than the MORE typical 18-24 months.  Secondly, considering it seems more typical that Judge Ward DENIES stays based on re-exams, what makes you think that this case warrants an exception?
