I should have added, therefore the Texas Court process won't even worry about the USPTO process until it takes it's FULL course because until it DOES, the patents remain fully valid. Texas is only considering the infringement on these valid patents, to the extent they've been deemed valid through the Markman Ruling Constructions (not related to the USPTO process as far as the Court is concerned), which on the two patents in question, is strongly in PTSC/TPL's favor.
