IMO with the last four announcements coming almost day by day they have set the stage for announcing that a settlement has been reached and will give us share holder a estimate of this quarters earning by way of saying " With the recent six signings we expect revenues to be over 300mil " Just IMO but it would be a great way to get around NDA in announving the actual amount of the settlement.
