I do not believe that TPL/TT&C would have agreed to a stay if the final agreement had not been reached. IMHO, the motion for the stay w/o TPL's sig. on it the other day was made to scare us and it did not work. Instead, we just announced more signings and the J's came around to what should have been the agreement at the end of the 30 days in the first place.

Good luck to us all--I think that our time is very very near and will be announced before what would have been trial date. I think it will come much sooner, however. IMHO, all amounts are settled and they are drawing up documents. Just depends on how fast they get those docs. done. ads
