This probably goes without saying but- If indeed S&L has been selling into many of the earlier (and maybe current) positive developments here as many suspect, it would follow that this is changing the landscape of the float. That is to say that by introducing tens of millions of shares into the float over time presumably to maybe thousands of new holders of the stock, the share price necessarily will require more buying to lift us higher and more selling to drop us lower than say two years ago. This is not necessarily a bad thing IMO because it seems to me that we are seeing a stabilization of the share price over the last year and a significantly higher base from which to really vault on excellent news....like a settlement. The initial peak associated with a piece of news that could be considered a watershed event such as a settlement in the hundreds of millions of dollars could give us repeat of last years chart only in more of a logarithmic chart context.
