If we receive a settlement of 150 million, the potential to reach the 1/24/2001 high of 7.37 will be there based on my math. Am I thinking right?

I think we could see the 150MM from the settlements. Also,m is the P/E based on quarterly earnings or annual? That could make a big difference as well.
