That the settlement goes 50/50 (approx) TPL and PTSC and do we know ehetehr TT&C are working on a contingency 33% or time and materials? or a combination of reduced T&M plus a smaller contingency?

So a 200million dollar settlment might only yield 70-90 million for PTSC!!! or onky about 25 cents per share and at 10 pe mean a share price of 2.50.
