The CIVIL CRIMINAL is a standard pro forma which just required the correct designation to be checked, in this instance, CIVIL.

Continued(legal definition)just means something has been adjourned to a future date i.e. December 18, 2007.

It is indicative that the requested stay(3rd)will be granted.
