Wolf, it appears there was an "x" next to "Civil" on the text you posted, so I think this relates to the pretrial conference for our civil case, moved to Dec. 18 from Dec. 17.

Perhaps the joint motion yesterday was for a 7-day stay, which would run out on Dec. 17, hence the need to reschedule the conference to the next day (hopefully no need by then, if we settle).
