Not being a lawyer, I think I took for fact what has been posted here that the stay simply put things on hold for 30 days so that the lawyers wouldn't have to proceed with trial motions/duties, etc. but that it did NOT extend the whole process by that same 30 days. I assumed that all the milestone dates remained intact, and that the lawyers would simply have 30 less days to work with once the stay elapsed. Thanks for clarifying for me.
