I'm speculating, as I believe Milestone is, based on the one-day move of the pre-trial conference from the 17th to the 18th (i.e., why would they bother doing that?) and the joint motion for Stay on the 10th. Now, it just may be that JW has a dentist apppointment on the 17th, and that's the reason for the one day change. But IMO it is more likely that the Stay was (covertly) granted for 6-7 days. If the Stay had not been granted, why change the date for the conference? If the Stay was granted for less time, why change the date of the conference? If the Stay had been granted for more than 6-7 days, why move the conference date to the 18th and not the 25th or some other later date?

So, yes, speculation, with the above basis.
