Might the rescheduling of the pretrial conference have been coincidentally posted the day after the sealed motion to stay was posted.

We have seen that it is customary for the attorneys to include a text of proposed order for the judge to sign. He hasn't signed it yet or it would be posted, right? He may also deny it, or just ignore it like the one posted on Dec 3. Why would he change the date to allow them a seven day stay. Why not just sign an order giving them a seven day stay?

Who is to say that they haven't asked for longer than 7 days. Maybe they asked for 15 or 30. Maybe JW hasn't read the motion yet, especially if there might be lengthy settlement documents attached.
