I agree with you both. Settlement seems very likely. The reason(s) for the stall by the J3 could be or not numerous.

SGE has the 17th pegged. We seem to be in a vacuum where the next tick on the stock appears green but can't be confirmed. I am still buying. I bought for less today than yesterday and in the grand scheme of things it will work out for the better for me IMO.
