The Final Pre-Trial conference was to have taken place on 10/23.

Were we aware of a Pre-trial conference scheduled for the 17th?( If yes..stop here read no further..lol sorry I missed it.)

If not, couldn't this have been added by JW when, presumably, granting the 30 day stay?

And if an additional 7 day stay to wrap things up, has been asked for, wouldn't JW again want a scheduled conference, in case things did not wrap as planned? So Dec. 18th gets scheduled.

Todays pullback may have been partly due to people thinking J3/TPL asked for this conference. IMO they didn't and there will be no conference on Tues. with an irritated Judge Ward. Settlement sooner, imo.
