how I read Milesone and SGE1's posts--and exactly what I believe. JW moved it back one day, but kept it scheduled "just in case". Again, I do not think that JW would have allowed an extention if he did not think that they were going to blow this. Remember that he had much rather see settlements and not have to waste time in the court room-that is why he appointed Faulkner as the mediator.
