you might be right, but if this goes to trial, what amount do you think TPL/TTC would ask for? I willing to bet it will be huge!

So what do you think about the twenty nine something other licensees, how about the favorful Markman ruling.

Just trying to pick your brains as to why you think the J's want to go to war in a hostile climate.
