Funny how the street thinks..........Lets say company A gets 10 deals for 100 million each up front............Company B gets 5 deals for 50 million each and the payments are spread over 10 years.......I guess the street feels safer with less..............

I have always been self employed/fired as a kid a few times/Times Square Stores/Bohack......Best lesson is take what is offered to you and count the money in front of them...............If you are worthy feel it......The offer might not be there later and infact they might not have the money to pay you at a later time...........

JT said last week in plain language that he needs to understand what he will be taking over/running...........He is an expert and i believe he will find that diamond in the rough................After we get all the loot then he can please the street with the nickels and dimes........
