J's under-handed tactics

I feel very confident in TPL's ability in handling the J's powerful law complex.

With that said, I do not trust the J's law teams at all.  Their refusal to cooperate during discovery, and efforts to leave no stone unturned, makes me leary of anything they do until a settlement is reached.

All of these stays have reached beyond the last day (deadline) to file motions.  Because TPL did not motion for a MSJ, would the J's feel they have a better chance with a jury?  The J's know where Judge Ward stands after the Markman.

Does the J's law team have anything to lose by stretching this out to the last possible billing opportunity (trial and then appeal)?  Does the law teams feel the same pressures of possible loss as the entity they represent?

I really feel positive about this whole situation.  However, I would sleep even better if someone could confidently respond to some of these questions.
