I have to disagree!

Leckrone stated clear that they don't like royalties as they aren't easy to cortol and it would cost a lot of money and time. He said that TPL prefers therefore single payments.

IMO, Jim speaks about the usual incomming money from MMP licenses each year and not from royalties.
