Cutting and pasting is simple, understanding the information might not be as easy eg do you honestly believe that Judge Ward might not have your 2 emphasized points, above, in hand?

It has been suggested that the extra day was because a 7-day stay has been granted, then it's back to business as usual, with the trial in January, as listed. Can you please show me where the 7 DAY STAY has been granted?

As with the ACP issue, just because there is no filing, DOES NOT MEAN that it hasn't been addressed informally. Also, please note that it was a suggestion as to why the one day extension was filed.
