Things are definitely pointing up.

Unfortunately, PTSC and TPL cannot talk during a stay. They had that window open for a few days after the end of the previous stay where they could present optimistic reports.

Now,it is back in the trenches. I am 100% positive that in whatever form it takes, what we have waited for is going to be delivered. It's not all about the money, it's all about the patents. If you are using these patents, you must pay or stop using immediately and pay for past use. It is very simple in many ways. My problem is I can't wait for these events to end. This is my problem. No more delays are required for any reason. 24 days, regardless, we will know where we stand.
