I definitely believe settlement.

By the time trial comes around, PTO should have ruled. I still sense that will happen. PTO is the last thing left to the total viability of our patents.

I have tremendous faith in TPL. Either way on PTO (even if patent is temporarily turned down), they will produce such a tremendous offensive push that they will win at trial. J3 knows this and is stalling for a lesser settlement.

I am sure TPL is preparing for trial 100%, even though thet are under a stay. Let's face it, they have until Monday to work out their differences. It is the boredom of waiting that irritates me. Wolf's post is definitely appropriate because we are at that point!
