When your in a position of strength... you dont go walking around waving a white flag and telling your "enemy" that your open to not fighting.

PTSC/TPL are ready for a fight. If Defendants want to approach them for a settement..fine. If they havent reached a settlement is because both sides didnt agree the number. Period.

PTSC/TPL now focuses on the court case and hopefully wil crush and walk away with more $$$$ and validation of its MMP.

But if Turley went around telling everyone they are close to signing.. thats a weakness and the defendants will lower their $$$..instead of increasing it.
