I don't know the exact date the trial was scheduled to start prior to the issuance of the 30 day stay order, but for discussion purposes, let's say it was 1/15/08.  Did or did not the stay push this date, and any other post-stay trial schedule dates like jury selection, etc. an additional 30 days out.  OR did the stay simply take those 30 days of time, and releive the legal teams from both sides from performing any trial related duties so that they can concentrate on whatever it was for which they had requested the stay, and once the stay was expired, they had to pick up the trial schedule at that point, and work to catch up so that the schedule as it stood prior to say was not altered.  I have confused myself in trying to figure it out. lol.
