settlement or trial?

IMHO NO settlement today or tomorrow - why settle before the end of the stay?

And if they don't settle during the current stay = until Monday (announcement at Tuesday/Wednesday?), my guess is: full fight in the court room, starting at 1/8/2008.

Anyway the longer it takes, the bigger the our gift!
