that since the motions to stay were sealed, we may not see that JW granted it via pacer. I don't think that it really matters as I can not phathom that TT&C would let the time for motions expire with nothing further IF they were not working out settlement papers now. IMHO, a settlement has been reached and they are doing the paper work now. GL, ads
