milestone - A Few More Questions

1.  If this goes to trial, TPL/PTSC wins and damages are awarded, and the J's appeal, are the J's obligated to pay the damages before the appeal process takes it course?

2.  If not, can TPL/PTSC seek an injunction at that point to stop the J's from selling infringing product?

3.  If so, what's your take on the likelihood of the Judge issuing such an injunction?
