milestone - I think we all would agree that we should receive hundred(s) of millions in any settlement, but realisitically a settlement means all sides have to feel as though they came away with a win. As a result, I would be very happy if our settlement in total was $100 - $150 million, plus lawyers fees of course. I would consider that very favorable for us and a validation of the MMP once and for all. I only hope TPL isn't looking for the low hanging fruit here as they have done with some companies in the past.
