In my laymen’s opinion I have to agree with fut. We are only deserving of royalties derived from the cost of the processor. The patents only cover intellectual property not physical and are only one part of the engineering. If a processor would cease to function without patriot’s contribution that may be worth a little more. The only way patriot would be deserving of the entire cost of a processor is if they had designed and built the entire unit. I don’t suspect we want to ask for a ridicules amount of money or everyone will want to quickly figure away around our patents. It would be best to ask for just enough money so companies figure it is best to pay Patriot and move on instead of trying to re-engineer processors.
