Well, someone(s) had to be smart enough to partner with TPL

PTSC purchased Nantronics to utilize a special microproccessor, the Shboom, to more efficiently run their ground penatrating radar... It was only later that they realized it could be configured to run Java. The value of the patents that came with the Shboom package, and their wide ranging applications, I'm guessing where not realized until a later date as well. Heck, Moore was quoted as saying he just wanted the patents to sit on a shelf! So that brings us to PTSC suing TPL/Moore.. for sole ownership ('336).. We all know TT&C destroyed B&O.. and each side retained ownership of their half of the patents... but that each side's ownership was mostly useless on its own.. So both sides let cooler heads prevail, and formed their partnership, to fully realize the value of the patents they jointly owned.

Someone (PTSC) was lucky enough to have those patents inluded with a microproccessor they happened to buy to power a ground penatrating radar

Someone would have been smart enough to partner with TPL 3-4 yrs earlier than actually occured.. then all this crap we are currently going thru would already be in our past, it would have been decided prior to KSR/Obviousness (making successful USPTO reexams a walk in the park) & patent reform... before we had 400 mil shares outstanding.. before a lot of ulcers

jmo
