The original J 5 consisted of the current 3 plus Fujitsu and I think Sony.
Now Sony go off pretty easy as I recall, but I think there was something in their deal (pure speculation) that married Alliancence and Sony on another deal. I can't remember the discussions I read on this board back then, but I think it was all speculation.
Fujitsu settled for a higher amount. I think it was 30 million and our share was 15 million. Can someone confirm that for me?
If that is the case, I would expect that each of the remaining J 3 would have to be in for much bigger money. SO, to temper the over inflated settlement pie in the sky guesses, I will make the assumption of 50 million each. This doesn't seem pie in the sky to me based on Fujitsu.

Now, if I am being reasonable in my assumptions, this places us on track for 75 Million (our share) or $4.31 per share. The P/E assumption I made is reasonable at 22.37 which is about average for the industry.
I can deal with $4.31 per share. This assumption is not including any other licencees, Holocom income, Interest on our current money, and no change to the outstanding shares.
Hopefully I am being to conservative.
