Sorry.. not wrt to KSR/Obv and the possible influence it may have on settlement, settlement numbers, the future USPTO reexam results, possible future litigation because nothing legally definitive will have been realized, and the negative political atmosphere that seems to have garnered strength this last yr.

I will believe when we triumph at USPTO
