Yes, very possible. I mentioned PTSC to a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and he called me the other day to say he had purchased 200,000 shares. He has since purchased a little more. I didn't push the stock, rather, just mentioned PTSC and discussed some of the highlights. He did his own DD and is now excited about the stocks potential as well. Again, I didn't recommend the stock to him, which just goes to show that if people are looking at it, and see the potential, than IMO we will most likely see a lot of new blood especially after a settlelement is announced.
