In my conversation, I did address the current litigation and the associated warnings. The "bad" thing about suggesting people take a look is that they may not dig deep enough to understand the unlikely (IMO) but possible concerns, that we KNOW so well, having to do with the litigation and the USPTO. With only light DD, all they'll see are the 29 licensees - especially the very recent ones in rapid succession. On that level, it appears to be a no-brainer. When suggesting people take a look, you'd be wise to mention these buried possible "issues" IMO. Plus, it goes hand-in-hand with advising of the possibility of very near term settlements.
