SGE thought it was highly possible. There are many good reasons that it should, including:

stay is over today

PTO has made no ruling and no guarantee that they will

evidence mounts that global companies have bought in

or does J3 want to take the risk that PTO will rule in our favor resulting in dramatic increase in costs?

Only thing in their favor is they "think" PTO will rule in theirs ( chances 0 out of 10 for all 3 patents).
