the attorneys are flying in tomorrow if it's virtually resolved.  IMO that would be a monster waste of the Judges and courts time.  If we don't hear anything this afternoon, I would assume the 2 sides may be further apart then we hoped.  I other side of the coin, would be facing a judge only for him to find out very little transpired during the stay in terms of resolution or compromise.
