Like everyone, I am in the dark as well.

My guess is that NEC settled, and that is why you see the dismissals with prejudice (meaning it cannot be refiled) of both the underlying action by TPL/PTSC and the counterclaims by NEC.  The only other explanation I can readily think of is that TPL voluntarily dismissed any remaining causes of actions against the vestiges of NEC without any additional money--very unlikely, IMO.
If I were a betting Greek attorney publisher soon to be eating BBQ ribs at Ronran's in LA, I would bet B-Lunist's money that they contain settlement proposals for the court's approval, and appropriate motions therewith. However, they could also be papers regarding trial setting issues, meaning the parties have not come to terms.

No help, really, but this is my best "in the dark" guess as I sit here drinking heavily.
