NEC settlement in principle was reached before the 30 day stay. Negotiations to finalize that settlement and to perhaps work it out with Matsush!theads and Toshiba$tards was the main reason for the 30 day stay and second request for additional stay. NEC settled around 11/7 hence the price increase commencement. Negotations with the J2 fell short. JW said times up. TPL/PTSC & Matsu & Toshiba file the joint motion today to sever NEC from the suit & continue onward with just the J2. TPL/PTS & NEC file motion to dismiss indicating the settlement.
