During the 1st 30 day stay NEC was settled.

At end of 30 day stay Turley says we now have revenues in the tens of millions. This is NEC.

Attachments were submitted to the court when the second stay was asked for (1, I believe). This was the NEC detail.

2nd stay is requested, TPL drags feet to get pr's out in the street.

2nd stay requested by all parties.

PTC is moved one day.

All presume its to make room for the end of the secod stay.
