Thanks.  That would make sense that, with NEC being part of the legal proceedings to date, TPL/PTSC would want to keep the settlements of the other 2 J's from their eyes since they had already settled.  Perhaps that's the way the do that at this stage.  That seems logical, though I'm not a lawyer.  I hope your theory proves right.  If so, seems like a cancelled PTC would lend credence to it.  Also, we should see PR's in the next couple of days that will hopefully prove you correct.  Now all we need is an offensive line....er....sorry, that last one was for my Steelers board discussion, lol!
