Heck, if TPL/PTSC were to AVERAGE $10M per license for 300 of the 485 "on-notice companies", I think that would be viewed by the market as a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE WIN!!!!!! I doubt we can AVERAGE that much per license, but if we could, it would be great. As for the J3, I'm not sure $20M per company average is enough to spark an ongoing license fee structure that would generate $10M per company in the future. Truthfully, I think even a $150M settlement, will only result in future AVERAGE license fees of about $5M, as I think the range of infrigement will vary wildly where some huge companies only infringe slightly while some small companies might infringe greatly and on average it evens out to $5M. Time will tell. Figuring out between $5M or $10M or even $20M average, is a great problem to have.
