Agreed. but I'm splitting the difference with you ($250M rather than $200M or $300M).  Bet is contingent on:

Settlement with all three J's being announced before trial.

Bet value based on value of 50 shares at closing on the day the last of the three settlements are announced, if not announced on the same day.

Bet is based on PTSC share of total settlement being less than $125M,  (I win), or more than $125M (you win - and actually I win too! lol)
